Are your dancers’ feet as strong as they are flexible? Do you know which exercises build strength, improve articulation, and help prevent common foot and ankle injuries?
Join our next DT+ Teacher Talk, “Exercises for Strong, Supple Feet,” on Thursday, July 23, at 12 pm EDT on Zoom, to learn practical strategies that you can incorporate in class.
During this hour-long conversation, you’ll explore the anatomy of the foot, gain a deeper understanding of long-term foot health, and learn effective exercises to improve flexibility, stability, strength, and articulation.
You’ll also obtain ready-to-use exercises to improve technique, support longevity, and reduce injury risk—enabling your students to dance with greater power, control, and confidence. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions in real time.
