Eryc Taylor Dance to Perform at Dancers for Good Benefit Show
May 17, 2017

Eryc Taylor Dance (ETD) will perform at the Dancers for Good benefit performance in East Hampton on June 3. Actress, singer and dancer Bebe Neuwirth will host the 2017 fundraiser that will benefit The Actors Fund, The Dancers’ Resource/Career Transition For Dancers and the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation. Dancers for Good was created in 2016 to raise funds in support of the arts and the local community.

Taylor was asked by the foundation’s co-founder and current Paul Taylor Dance Company member Michael Apuzzo to perform ETD’s original work Song for Cello and Piano, with an original score by Daniel Tobias. “We were the first company to be approached to participate in this year’s Dancers for Good,” says Taylor, who founded his company in 2006.

Nine dance companies will participate in this year’s show, including performances by principal dancers from New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Complexions Contemporary Ballet and more.
