About Rachel Fine
Fine, (MS, RD, CSSD), specializes in dancer health and wellness. She is the founder of To The Pointe Nutrition and creator of The Healthy Dancer® and The Dance Nutritionist® platforms. As a former professional dancer and dietitian, Fine intertwines her passion for ballet and nutrition to deliver attainable, yet scientifically sound, information to dancers worldwide. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics and also holds advanced certification as a Counselor of Intuitive Eating. Previous academic appointments include Fine’s work as a clinical dietitian at NYU Langone Medical Center, dance researcher at the NYU School of Medicine Harkness Center for Dance Injuries and as a Clinical Adjunct Professor of Nutrition & Exercise at LIU Post University.
