I’m not sure why this is just popping in on my radar, but the short documentary We Live This is fascinating. It follows a group of young men in New York City who panhandle on the subway by dancing. (If you’re not from NYC and unfamiliar with what the phrase “Showtime!” usually signals, here’s an “SNL” parody.)

James Burns’ documentary was an official selection of the Tribeca Film Festival last year, and it’s won several awards. Plus, the dance crew worked with streetwear brand Mishka on a lookbook collaboration with “Sesame Street.”
