Tomorrow afternoon, when hanging around your favorite NYC hotspot, there may be a sudden change in atmosphere – an outbreak of dancing by large groups of very well dressed men. These “happenings” are part of an ad campaign extraordinaire by men’s fashion upstart DEFYANCE, a clothing company that fuses “high fashion with performance design and fabrication.”

Tina Thompson, director of SKIN-The Tina Thompson Dance Company has choreographed an athletic routine for hundreds of dancers who will essentially take over three of the city’s most populated locations. While no one can be 100% sure when or where these happenings will happen, DT’s got the inside scoop – your best chance for action will be at Times Square around 1pm, Union Square around 1:45pm, and Wall Street around 2:30pm.
