SpoOoOoOky Dance Time
October 30, 2014

We know Halloween is still a day away, but we just couldn’t resist sharing three spooky (or maybe just silly) dance videos to get you in the holiday spirit. Watch—if you dare! (Insert maniacal cackle here.)

First up, we’ve got the winning team routine from Monday’s Halloween edition of “Dancing with the Stars.” Okay, so the music isn’t really Halloween-y (Iggy Azalea’s “Black Widow”), but they totally carried off the whole glittery-arachnid thing. Watch the whole dance to see the dancers climb a giant spider web and make some truly grotesque faces (we mean you, Michael Waltrip!).

If you’ve never seen news station KXVO’s “Pumpkin Dance,” please prepare yourself. In 2006, Omaha, Nebraska, news anchor Matt Geiler led the 10:00 pm broadcast. With a severely limited budget, Geiler pitched the idea of him putting on a unitard and a pumpkin head—and just dancing around to the Ghostbusters theme. What resulted is pure Halloween dance magic.

Okay, so you knew this next one was coming. No Halloween dance video compilation is complete without the greatest of the great: Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” music video. We know you know the choreography—don’t pretend otherwise—so feel free to dance (and sing) along.
