Good Eating Begins With…a Good Grocery List?

A recent study shows that though most people start the new year off buying healthier foods at the grocery store, that resolve tends to disappear after a month. Right now is a great time to check in, practice conscious grocery shopping and get your healthy-eating resolutions back on track.

But you might be surprised by what you can keep on your grocery list: chocolate! Research shows that an antioxidant in chocolate may improve your memory skills over time. Just make sure that you’re getting the dark variety—milk chocolate doesn’t have enough of the crucial memory-improving flavanol, epicatechin.
