Ballet Companies Hiring? We Hope So!
June 21, 2012
In hopeful news today, the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago has hired three new dancers for its upcoming season, actually increasing the company’s roster to 45. Here’s hoping this portends budget increases for more dance companies in the coming years.
Yoshihisa Arai (pictured) from Tulsa Ballet is one of the Joffrey’s new members. He will be joined by Guillaume Basso from Houston Ballet’s second company and Cara Marie Gary from the Orlando Ballet.
