Here’s one Instagram trend we can not only get behind but dominate: bun-dropping. Ladies are filming themselves luxuriously taking their hair down from their buns and tagging the videos with #bundrop. (Yep, that’s it.) And who knows better how to undo a ballerina bun than dancers?
There’s no real science behind it. But, you know, let your hair down (pun absolutely intended)—film it in slo-mo, add a fitting soundtrack, whip it back and forth.
