At North Surrey Secondary School near Vancouver, Canada, hip-hop teacher Shirley Clements gave a performance students will be talking about for a long time. For her retirement celebration, the 60-year-old founder of the dance group Outbreak rapped for the crowd before starring in a crazy hip-hop piece with students.
