We’re all for recognizing hard-working teachers! On May 5, Dancers Over 40, a nonprofit community of established artists, will host a program to honor influential dance instructors in New York City. Moderated by Tony Waag, Mary Jane Houdina, Bob Boross and Nicole Barth, The Teachers We Love! at St. Luke’s Theatre in Manhattan will feature Bob Audy, Phil Black, Gemze de Lappe, Chuck Kelley, Bella Malinka, the singular Luigi and other educators. The evening will include dance performances, student testimonials and video footage of top teachers in action.
