Naps May Give You Patience

It turns out that catching a few midday winks may do more than just ward off afternoon grumpiness. According to a recent study, taking naps may improve your ability to withstand frustration and reduce impulsive behavior. Study participants who napped spent more time working on impossible tasks—computer-based tests designed to induce frustration—than their non-napping counterparts. So don’t underestimate the power of the power nap—it might be exactly what you need to chase down funds for that last delinquent tuition payment.
