How to Get Control of Your Classroom When It Goes Off the Rails
March 2, 2018

We’ve all been there—sitting in a classroom full of screaming students we have completely lost control of. Our throats are hoarse from yelling, we are emotionally exhausted and we haven’t even gotten to center yet! How do we recover from such mahem??

Never fear—Dance Teacher is coming in clutch on this one. Here’s a list of things you can do to regain control of your classroom when it’s gone completely off the rails.

1. Cry

2. Bribe them with all the candy in the world and a timeshare in Cabo.

3. Act insane

4. Beg

5. Play dead

6. Stare them down disappointedly

7. Yell incoherently

8. Quit

Yeah, sorry—that’s all we’ve got. Good luck, guys!
